I am Jean Dussert-Sarthe, born and raised in Paris, France. I am a classically trained French Culinary Chef. I have a modern, very contemporary way of cooking.
I was Chef & Owner of 2 Fine Dinning restaurants in Marseille and Nice ( the famous French Riviera ). I worked in the starred Michelin Restaurant in Marseille, "Le Jambon de Parme". I was also Chef & Owner of a nice seasonal creperie in Quebec City in the summer time.
I will make you a 3, 4 or 5 course sit down dinner, served in the French style in your home. I provide a complete service, from shopping to clean-up in the comfort and ease of your home, and the lady of the house is able to relax & enjoy.
